FEP Guarantee Letter Timeline
GeoBlue began administering the Federal Employee Program® (FEP) on January 1. As part of the process to ensure that our members are receiving the highest and necessary quality of care, please note that complex outpatient procedures and planned inpatient admissions are subject to the medical review process. You can request a Guarantee of Benefits (GOB) in advance of planned services just as you would for any of our GeoBlue directly insured members.

Staff Spotlight: Takako Bullock
We are excited to announce that Takako Bullock joined GeoBlue in October 2023 as a Provider Finance Specialist. She brings 12 years of experience as a medical billing specialist to the GeoBlue Global Networks team!
Takako was born in a small town in Japan, Mito City. She later moved to New York City, where she first met her husband. Takako has two children—a 16-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son. In her free time, Takako enjoys sewing, knitting, yoga and skiing.

Provider Finance is your point of contact for all payment status and claims-related inquiries for GeoBlue, BCBS Global Core and FEP members. Do not submit invoices to this email unless asked. |

Provider Relations Department:
Provider Relations is your contact for all general and contract-related questions, and updates to your practice, including contacts, hours, services and pricing. |

Invoice Submission:
Use these contacts only to submit invoices. Do not use this for follow-up questions or submit the same invoice more than once. You will receive an autoreply to confirm receipt of your submission. |
